We need 26 Volunteers to work passing out Name Tags, BBQ Tickets and T-Shirts. Friday July 23rd 2010, 10 am to 4 pm at North High school. Tables will be set up by alphabet.

Stark County FairgroundsPavilion is the location for the Barbeque festivities.
Food to be catered – Barbeque Style Meal
Cost is $13.75 for Adults and $8.75 for Children 8 through 10, Children 6 and 7 $5.75, Children 0 to 5 are free.
All items are included in the price. Table, chair rental, and building rental. Drinks, plasticware and plates provided. There will be no aditional cost. However, please note that, due to the caterer's staffing deadlines, BBQ ticket payments made after April 22 will incur a $2 per family late charge.

Take I-77 South to exit 106 (13th Street NW)
Turn right onto 13th Street.
At the second light (Wertz Avenue), turn left.
At the second light (4th Street), turn right into the Fairgrounds.
OR
Take I-77 South to exit 105B (Tuscarawas Street)
Go straight through the first light.
At the next light (4th Street), turn right.
4th Street at Wertz Avenue dead-ends into the main gate.
From the South:
Take I-77 North to exit 105 (Tuscarawas Street)
Turn left on Tuscarawas Street.
Go through several traffic lights.
Turn right on Wertz Avenue.
The Fairgrounds are 1½ blocks on the left.
Turn left on 4th Street into the Fairgrounds main gate.
OR
Take I-77 North to exit 106 (13th Street NW).
Turn left on 13th Street and go West under I-77.
At the third light (Wertz Avenue), turn left.
At the second light (4th Street), turn right in the Fairgrounds.
From the East or West on Route 30:
From Route 30, take I-77 North.
